Welcome Home! 

That's what it feels like to be a member of Cedar Point Village Owner's Association.  Nestled on the southern shore of Nest Lake just outside Spicer; we can truly enjoy the best that summer in Minnesota can offer right outside our front door!  We are a 35-unit community of individual owners formed in 2005.  What started as a great way to "have it all" without having to "do it all" alone..........has become more like coming home each spring to an extended family!  We are all proud and excited to be a part of this amazing group of people working together to make Cedar Point Village better and better with each passing season!
